Private Lessons

Private golf lessons provide a one-on-one atmosphere with one of our certified golf professionals for 30- or 60-minute sessions. Utilizing cutting-edge technology such as Force Plates, Foresight GC Quad Launch Monitor, and K-vest, we diagnose and improve your game with unmatched precision. This state-of-the-art technology gives us the ability to measure and develop a roadmap for enhancing every aspect of your swing and your game.

Semi Private Lessons

Semi-private lessons provide personalized instruction in a small-group setting, making it easy and fun to learn or improve alongside someone you know. Each 60-minute lesson offers a supportive, encouraging environment for all skill levels.

Junior Golf Academy

Our year-round Junior Golf Academy provides a clear pathway for motivated golfers who want to challenge themselves and play at the highest level they aspire to. With an emphasis on skill development, course strategy, and a growth mindset, players build a well-rounded understanding of the game and grow their confidence for competitive play. Learn more here.

Our Coaches

Don Parsons

Don has been a staple in the coaching industry for almost 40 years as a renowned golf instructor and was elected to the California PGA Instruction Hall of Fame in 2017. Don was a first-team All Big West Conference selection at UCSB in 1989, and was recognized as the school’s Athlete of the Decade for the 1980’s. While at UCSB, he also won the prestigious California Amateur Championship at Pebble Beach Golf Links. In 2003 he was named SCPGA Teacher of the Year and he has been a four-time SC Northern Chapter PGA Teacher of the Year (1998, 2000-2002). Don’s focus is on delivering a unique golfing experience for all players in Santa Barbara.

Glenn Hansen

Glenn joined the Twin Lakes team in 2019, bringing experience from some of the nation's top private clubs and teaching academies. He has a rich golfing background spanning over 30 years and is dedicated to helping golfers of all ages and skill levels reach their potential through thoughtful, individualized instruction. In 2025, Glenn was recognized as NCPGA Club Fitter of the Year, reflecting his expertise in club fitting and club building. He is especially passionate about junior golf and leads our Elite Juniors Program, preparing players to compete locally, regionally and nationally.

Rhett Delozier

Rhett joined the Twin Lakes team in 2020 and brings over 20 years of experience in the golf industry. He specializes in both group and individual instruction and is known for his approachable, engaging teaching style. Rhett has a natural ability to explain the game in a way that truly clicks - especially for beginners - and creates a relaxed, fun learning environment. He loves teaching at Twin Lakes because players can go from picking up a club for the first time to confidently stepping onto the course, all in one welcoming, stress-free setting.
